Service Description

Business Operations Basics is a 3-session live course designed for creative small business owners. Session 1: Students identify where their business is losing time and money and start building a simple weekly routine. Session 2: Students learn how to communicate with clients, track projects and payments, and build a basic workflow. They will also be introduced to a free Notion board they set up during class. Session 3: Students learn how to maintain their system, set boundaries with clients, and leave with a personal action plan. Every student receives printed or digital materials including worksheets, fill-in templates, message scripts, and a resource guide. The Notion board is built progressively across Sessions 2 and 3 so students leave with a working tool, not just notes. This course is beginner-friendly. No prior business knowledge or tech experience required.
